Thursday & Friday 9.30am

These classes are 60 minutes long & either take place in the home studio (max 6 people) or if weather allows during the warmer months outside in my private garden (max 12)

Yoga & Sound

Monthly Saturdays 2.00pm

This new monthly class is 90 minutes long. There will be the usual fun lively house music based flow you can expect from my regular classes but with an extra long delicious shavasana where I play the sound bath instruments to bring you into a deeper state of relaxation. Please feel free to get in touch if you want to enquire as to which Saturday this is running.

Where is the class located? & Do I need anything?

Corkland Rd, Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester M21 8XA

This is a residential address, not a business premise, the house number is provided upon booking in your confirmation email. If it is an outside class then please head through the back gate into the garden.

Is this class suitable for beginners?

This is a fast paced dynamic class, with the option to take rest. Beginners to yoga are absolutely welcome, however some previous movement experience be it running, pilates, weights etc. would be advisable.

If you have an illness or injury & have been advised by a healthcare professional that yoga will help, please feel free to contact me to check as not all yoga is therapeutic or helpful, especially not in a group class. It may be that yoga therapy is a better option for your needs.

How much does it cost?

If you’ve never practised with me before & are unsure if I am going to be your vibe use code: 5OFF your 1st class for a £5 discount.

If you know what to expect & would like discounts on all classes, passes valid for 6 months are available (scroll right to the bottom of the booking page to find class passes) Booking is essential.

• 5 class pass - £55

• 10 class pass - £100

• 90 min sound & yoga - £18 (class pack credits can’t be used for this class)

Cancellation Policy…

There is a 24hr cancellation policy. There is a link in your booking confirmation that allows you to do this. The class is limited to 6 participants so as I’m sure you understand late cancellations affect others being able to book & also my income. Therefore there will be no refunds given within 24hrs of start time.
